I'm not a big drinker, but I do know the answer to a few of these:

1. It depends on your definition of "sweet". But yes, there are many that could be considered very sweet -- Baileys, Kahlúa, Dooley's, etc. This type of booze is usually called crème liqueur.

2. Jägermeister is a Kräuterlikör (herb liqueur). Another famous one of this type is the Gammel Dansk.

6. See question one! Most of those won't burn your throat, but I suppose it also depends on how sensitive/unused you are to alcohol.

7. Only the ones containing soda and such. Most drinks I enjoy aren't carbonated -- such as Rusty Nail, my favorite.
