2. Jager is very medicinal tasting IMHO. Way back in the 90s, it was a college rite of passage to drink Jager shots; IDK if that's still the case.

3. I think so many people like vodka because it is very innocuous and can serve as the base for many kinds of drinks. Most people do not drink vodka straight unless it is expensive vodka.
