I feel that. I have no interest in WOW or other computer games but I love the heck out of Saturdays spent with Mountain Dew and baby carrots.

One of the fun things about dice rolls, to me, is how they can expand your character. Like if you make a knowledge roll by 1 it's "you remember your grandmother telling you a story about this many years ago and you can only remember X" or if you make the roll by your stats alone and then roll a 19 or something it's "Oddly enough you went to a seminar on this very subject just last week..." Or if we fumble a perception roll we were checking out another player's character which can kick off a weird romance plot. Or string of successes make the character feel more arrogant and start acting bossy.

BSing about dice is fun.
