As far as I can tell, guest comics are done partly to help promote other artists. Presumably, the author you drew it for linked back to you or credited you, which makes the comic still yours, technically. You drew it. So if I were you, I'd feel free to post it wherever I please, perhaps linking back to the comic it was drawn for in order to help promote it in your own way.

I can't really see any decent human being getting bent out of shape about that.
