I prefer fun shows and don't necessarily expect realism, but I can suspend my disbelief only up to a point. If the characters are making really glaring mistakes or the plot ignores something obvious, I get annoyed.

For example, a cop replacing a gun with another (serial numbers, how do they work), a doctor suddenly changing fields (from oncology to psychiatry, no need to specialize again), or people shrugging off massive shootouts that would in real world bring the homeland security or the FBI at minimum to the town. That's just bad writing and crosses the line for me.
