OCA - pursed lips

If I say someone pursed their lips, what does that mean to you? Is it puckering them? Is it an effect of holding your mouth tightly closed? Is it drawing them into your mouth, between your teeth (keeping your teeth covered)?

Because I'm going for the third one, and I'm worried about missing the mark. But the only other phrase I can think of is to bite a lip, and that to me conjures up an image of, like, bared teeth and just...different from what I'm going for.
