I don't see it, possibly because he's the only character on Elementary that I don't like. Convince me.

4. He obviously cares about her, see [SPOILER] one of the most recent episodes where he tried to convince her to go back to being a sober companion to stop her from being hurt through her association with Sherlock.
5. Did I mention how attractive I find Gregson? Because Aidan Quinn is a very, very attractive man.

Seriously, every time they have a scene where they actually interact, I find myself going, "Yes. Talk to her some more. Give him sass, Watson. Now smoulder and kiss. Yesssss."

(ayrt and OP btw) - Yes. Yes! It hadn't even occurred to me to ship anyone in Elementary (I love how they've written Watson and Sherlock's platonic relationship so well that I don't even want to go there) - but I think that meant that I had some latent repressed shipper energy going on, because suddenly during the finale there was a scene with them both and it clicked. And then I started thinking about how they're actually quite similar in temperament - pragmatic and cynical - and how their personalities would complement each other well and how they both need someone to crack through their hard emotional shells and love them and <3. And now I want it more than anything in the world. Sigh.
