F!S Anon Meme (the ??th)

Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with recaptchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

That's about it, though!

(Today's post is below.)

I admit I cannot wait for Justin Bieber's inevitable meltdown. From what I have noticed so far we're just getting the warm-up act right now. The main show is going to be pretty fucking epic, in my opinion.

i've always been mega creeped out by celeb culture and especially so by the way it focuses so hard on celebrities' private lives and flaws and faults and insecurities and meltdowns and all that shit

come the fuck on, if u had to put up with paparazzi following your every goddamn move you'd be neurotic too

mostly i just pity them

Dunno. I think Bieber encourages them, and he allowed himself to get in the spotlight too young. He's seen enough examples, but he made the choice. I have no pity.

DA

I think that's an odd attitude. He was a teenager with a YouTube account who got popular. I don't remember exactly how old he was, but he was pretty young. I'm not saying you should pity him because his life is so hard, poor boy, but I don't think pointing and laughing is the way to go, either.

Why not? It's a common enough thing that happens. I think apathy toward it would be even worse.
