I kind of thought it would be a little genteel with David Hyde Pierce in it, something a tad cerebral and witty. I was all set up for the snarky delivery, the bon vivant smarminess... Fuck me, did I get something completely different!

I expected the first twist in the story but not the second or third or god, the fourth. Was a most interesting "buckle up and hang on" kind of film.
