I love Bob's Burgers so much. It's really hilarious, but you can tell that the family really loves each other, and they aren't putting down, say, Tina for being socially awkward (which is why I really hated Family Guy).

Yes!
And not only is she socially awkward, she is crazy for boys without being a stupid stereotype.
And she writes RPF. I think I laughed forever at this episode.

I also love how the parents are still so very in love with each other. And the kids support each other and look up to their parents without any cheese.
It's so refreshing!

Exactly! Well said. That "erotic friend fiction" episode made me laugh and was actually used in a paper I wrote about participatory media culture.

I love that too! Bob and Linda love each other, they love their kids and their kids look up to them (though sometimes begrudgingly, in the case of Louise looking up to Bob). Even though things aren't perfect and they poke fun at each other occasionally, it's never malicious and it's clear they're a family that cares about one another. While still being hilarious. Topsy makes me laugh like nothing else.
