Well, after seeing this secret I realized that the only show/film on my list of favourites that can possibly qualify as "comedy" is Holy Flying Circus. And then Monty Python themselves, of course. This is because I'm very fond of them. Not everything in The Flying Circus (or Holy Flying Circus, for that matter) is funny, but I just love the projects so much that I overlook the non-funny moments in my bliss.

And then I like some stand-up comedians (say, Carlin), for pretty much the same reason. IDK. Doing comedy wrong.

Although of course I wouldn't like them if funniness and originality were not prevailing.

IA on the majority of other "comedy" things, I'd say. I can't imagine how people watch sitcoms or romcoms or whatnot that are more than three episodes long. But then different strokes for different folks.
