If they are not racist (and so on), no, not really...

I have friends who love things I hate, it isn't anything that will be a deal breaker for me.

One of my best friends love Gwen from Torchwood, and she is my most hated character from any show I have ever watched... Another friend of mine loves Vampire Diaries (or the other one? I can't keep them appart), same person is also as close to opposite of me when it comes to politics and she loves the Twilight films.

I could not be friends with someone whom agreed with me on everything, that would be pretty boring.
