Yes. Rape by deception. The woman has the right to know what she's getting into, and the male has the duty to disclose this information beforehand. This isn't new people.

That is the crux of the matter, for me. When it's too late for her to do anything about the rape that has just occurred.

Guess what? After that little scene, they made out and probably had sex again, so they were both consenting.

The victim is the only one who get's to decide if she feels violated or not. It doesn't change the nature of the act.

A man who holds a woman down and has sex with her without checking that she want's to have sex or not is a rapist. Weather he has committed a rape at that specific point is down to the woman to decide, if she feels violated or not.

pretty sure a woman who starts making out with the dude she just sexed is not "feeling raped." Also, making rape subjective like that hurts rape victims by making rape impossible to clearly define.

I could see if this was in a situation where there was a chance that someone could be carrying an STD, but that probably isn't the case here.

When I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time I was slightly nervous about the whole thing because I had been raped previously when I was younger and I hadn't told him about it at that point in time (though I later did). Did I rape my boyfriend because I didn't disclose this information and he had the right to know what he was getting into before having sex with a rape victim?
