I could see if this was in a situation where there was a chance that someone could be carrying an STD, but that probably isn't the case here.

If I had sex with a guy without telling him I'd never had sex before, (as long as he consented) it wouldn't be rape.

He might not even know the difference and not even find out unless I told him. Knowing EVERY SINGLE TINY DETAIL about one's sexual history isn't necessary for consent. It's not like she's consenting, but he hasn't disclosed that he has AIDS or anything.

To me, rape is someone ignoring a NO to sex and forcing sex anyway, or having having sex with someone who can't consent due to being drunk/drugged/otherwise unconscious. Past sexual history has nothing to do with it. Full stop.
