Obesity is not healthy (being overweight is not always so bad), so good luck on losing weight!

The sad truth is, though, that to stay slim you need to change your eating habits FOREVER. So be prepared to do that, otherwise you're on the slippery slope of bouncing back and forth.

Speaking as someone who has done it, it really isn't hard. You don't even need to cut things out of your diet, all you need to learn is how to eat in moderation. Besides, once your body adjusts to eating smaller portions, you'll be just as satisfied by those portions as you were by eating a lot more.

Well, I think that it's subjective. I wouldn't say it's "not hard" to control how much I eat. I'd honestly eat more if there were no consequences.
