Casablanca. I just graduated with a degree in film/tv studies and I haven't seen Casablanca yet.

It's okay if you haven't seen it. But it's a pretty decent movie and you should check it out when you get the chance.

hahaha. I'm sure if some of my professors knew they'd flip out.

Next time I have a chance I totally want to; I really love classic films and many of the movies considered all time classics. I just haven't gotten around to it.

Me either. Which is weird because I used to watch all kinds of old movies with my dad (Metropolis being the oldest). I should call and complain to him for failing in educating me in old movies.

That's exactly me, too; my dad, when I was growing up, was kind of my film/tv history educator. We saw a lot of old movies together. But no Casablanca.

I was the same way for a long time until I caught it on TCM. I was able to watch Lawrence of Arabia this way too, which has become one of my favourite films now. :]
