I can drive, don't particularly hate it but live/work in a fairly big city (Glasgow) where there's plenty of public transport to choose from and yeah, I do get tired of the odd person I encounter who acts like you're half an adult for not driving everywhere. Public transport isn't so bad here most of the time. It's kind of nice to just be able to sit and read/listen to music/etc and still get to work without you being the one in charge of the train.

The only time I miss driving is that there are some parts of Scotland I'd like to see that aren't so easy to access on the train or bus unless you give up more than a day of your time. Also doing a big grocery shop in person (as opposed to via home delivery) can sometimes be a logistical nightmare.
