BLACK LAGOON



Revy is kind of like a magical girl if you replace magic with guns.

Anyway: if you liked Cowboy Bebop, I found this has some similar elements. While the dub is actually good, I highly suggest the sub because the dub really messed up the female lead's voice (she comes out of it sounding kind of generic and you lose the accent; not that she did a bad job or anything).

It's Demon Hunting Kids done right. Again, choose the sub because for some reason the dub went with EDWARD FUCKING ULFRIC for the male lead and he ONLY HAS ONE VOICE APPARENTLY

I can't fault your taste. Kekkaishi is one fine piece of animation (and so's Black Lagoon).

Awesome!

Both also have good mangas; unfortunately Black Lagoon appears to have stalled, but there are good arcs that got completed.
