Eurovision is quite popular in Australia; it's shown on the "world" channel. There was some controversy when the favoured tv commenter was replaced. Must be in the "so bad it's good" category as our cheese is different.

that's also partially because of the large migrant community in Australia. I have extremely fond memories of watching eurovision within the Polish community and it was a hot topic of discussion on our multicultural youth youth program each year.

And now that I live in the UK I can watch the whole show live AND vote!
