It's a term propagated by kids who spend a lot of money on classes that essentially don't teach you how to balance a checkbook.

...this could mean so many things.

Is it about people not taking that personal finance course that they really should have taken (because hey, it's useful)? Or is it a reference to people majoring in things that are considered "soft?" Or is it about people taking on too much debt in the process of going to school?
