19. I lol'd as much as I agreed. And I lol'd a lot. The slashers ruined the show for me, but I'm not going to baw out of that one.

34. I... I actually agree. I've never got the heart to say it either because, well damn, while the PW fandom may seem cool at times, if you don't like what they like, you're generally ignored/flamed/stamped an idiot lol.

I mean, fuck. I don't have enough balls to come out and say I don't love him while not anonymous, and it's not like I fucking hate him either. I just don't see him as the beacon of handsomeness, LOL, and buttsex everyone makes him out to be.

That is exactly how I feel about him, and judging by the defensive reaction by some of the Edgeworth fans here, I probably won't be saying so outloud anytime soon either.

But it is nice to know there are some people out there who also don't like him. :)

It's not so much that I disagree with your disliking the character--after all, you're free to do so--it's that I disagree with your reasons for such. Mainly because while his backstory IS quite cliche, his development isn't, and... well, like most of the PW cast, he has a bunch of little touches that serve to flesh him out as far more than the cliche he COULD be without them. Like his fanboyism of the Steel Samurai, his fear of earthquakes, his sibling relationship with Franziska von Karma.

You're free to like whomever, but that doesn't mean I can't disagree with your reasons because I feel that they're incorrect.
