I have yet to see this movie, but that's something I've noticed with many recent Chinese action movies -- the ladyslash potential is through the roof!

I love Jackie Chan, so I hope this gets at least a DVD release in my country someday.

This deserves so much more love. I’m really disappointed that there’s no fandom (If I’m wrong, someone pls point me in the right direction?) It’s got the heist, the action, the humor, good team chemistry, strong characters who happen to be female (and they totally passed the Bechdel test). I just don’t understand why it’s not more popular.

S!B Apparently this means I have no taste. But I’d still sacrifice baby dragons to read femslash fics for this film.

I saw it when it came out in my country (dragged to watch it by my JC fan mom, actually), and while the action was as good as any JC movie can be, I found the humor to be too weird.
And honestly I didn't feel anything special with the female characters.
Something about the whole movie felt like it's trying too hard to be awesome.
