"Don't Be A Girl About It" by Kelly Clarkson, which is so damn catchy but the feminist in me really doesn't like it (although I've actually taken to interpreting it as an ironic song to/about a sexist ass of an ex who would take exceptional offense at being compared to a girl in any way whatsoever).

Also, "Heart of a Lonely Girl" by Dierks Bentley, because "a woman ain't pretty if a man ain't there" what bullshit is this, but damn if it's not the catchiest song on that album.

*has lots of feministy ragey feelings*

Adding on to the feminist ragey feelings is the discomfort from "She's A Lady". I know it's an old song, but I can't help but cringe at the line "And she knows her place".

Well, then we should probably add Keith Urban to the "feminist rage catchy song" pile. "You'll Think of Me" and "I Told You So" infuriate me beyond belief, even as break-up songs, but I still listen to them whenever they come on the radio. :/

On that note, Gimme Gimme Gimme.

"Gimme, gimme, gimme a man after midnight, won't somebody help me chase the shadows away?"

Fuck, just get a vibrator and a flashlight!
