I'm still marvelling over how different the responses are when you replace "girls" with "boys". Not surprised, but it's an amazing demonstration.

Really? The majority of responses are "why should that matter" in both, with a handful of trolls/concern trolls trying to stir up shit. Complete with identical:

"Obsession isn't attractive in anyone"/"all gamers suck"/"it depends what type of games"/"I'm a girl/boy gamer and I hope that makes me attractive"/"it's an attractive quality if you have similar interests"/"yes/no" points.

Not really sure what amazes you about that. Unless you mean the uh, two, anonymous trolls there talking about oppression and the likely similar number here talking about hating teh mens (probably to make some asinine point about how turrible SJWs are as seems to be the trend these days). In which days you're either really gullible or willfully obtuse.

I think you must be, because I just read it, and there were literally two troll-tastic "hdu! objectification!!!" responses and the rest were in a very similar vein to this one.
