I loved WWE growing up. :) Of course I know it is fake, but it is just so much fun to watch!

It's not, actually, fake. It's scripted, just like every other form of entertainment.

A lot of improv I know of is also somewhat scripted, in that the performers are aware of some of the themes and subjects they'll have to incorporate but don't have a word-for-word script. That's actually pretty close to how pro-wrestling works.

Actually, WWE doesn't have a bad rep. It's hard to have a bad rep when you're the standard by which everything else has to measure up. And yes, it's horrifically problematic, but it's also fun (most of the time). Just don't take it too seriously.

Text: I got back into WWE recently, and even though it's some of the most problematic media I've consumed in years, I love it so much.

It's actually inspired me to do a lot of things, including working out and being more brave and assertive in social situations.

tl;dr WWE gets a bad rep, which I understand, but it's also helped me a ton as of late.
