Yes. It was the same with Cameron and Chase on House, having them play out their break up after they broke up in real life and then make up before breaking up again... Ugh, I felt sorry for the actors.

Oh no! I had no idea that they had actually been dating/broke up. That makes me feel bad. =(

Yeah I felt so bad for them too.

The writers were such dicks, making them act out a happy proposal scene right after they'd called off their real engagement. What would even possess someone to write that? Ugh.

That was exactly who I was thinking of. Ditto for Michael Weatherly and Sasha Alexander on NCIS.
