I did :D I got it last night (download). I am taking a minor break from it right now, then back I go!

I've finished a house reno and tomorrow I will get my next house reno done. Hopefully Tortimer will appear so I can go to the island soon.

Is there anything you want to know?

Are there different neighbor types beyond...snooty, lazy, grumpy, peppy, eccentric or whatever? After replaying City Folk, they all seemed kind of simple to me (but I logged over four years of activity on the original, so I may just be tired of it, even if it was years ago)

Well, right now I have a peppy, snooty, jock, lazy, and normal. One citizen's catchprase was "hipster." Although lol worthy, I changed it to "overlord" >:}

So I guess it's the same? I mean, jock personality reminds me of the jock personality in WW. But they have different jock types? Like my guy likes action/samuri things. And I think the personality are expanded a bit. I tried out a few towns before I settled and some characters were very odd. There are also new animals added, which is nice.

They seem to have lots of dialogue options tho. I mean, I can visit them at different points in the day and they say new things.

...There's a normal? Hmm. I wonder if there's some kind of Console Named Character like Cube the Penguin in the GC one.

Went out and got it this afternoon, shook some trees and sold some fruit to get a fishing pole, caught and sold enough fish to give Nook the down payment on my house. :D

I haven't played an AC since Wild World, so everything being polygons is sort of unnerving, and I don't know how/where to dispose of trash now, and I miss seeing stuff fly across the top screen and shooting it down... but there's enough new stuff in here I think I'll not mind the stuff they got rid of too much.

Sadly I prefer to have physical copies of games so I'm awaiting mine to arrive tmrw.

As far as I can tell, it's pretty much just another animal crossing. Not a bad thing, just that I know what to expect as far as animals and money making goes.

I did get bit and knocked out by some tarantula though, so that was new. Or not? I skipped City Folk. Still, it's a cute way to make the game less peaceful. And I have all the bells needed to upgrade my tent, but I came home too late to buy it off Nook.
