(Anonymous) 2013-06-10 10:53 pm (UTC)(link)On the other hand, does it really matter if you don't do everything the other graphic makers are doing, as long as the cover is pretty? You said so yourself, most people can't even tell there is a "crafting process" just by looking at the final product. As long as you turn out something that looks decent, it's fine. The most attention I've ever given a fanmix cover, even a particularly pretty one, is a brief, "Hey, that looks nice."
