I can't offer any advice, because loss of interest in fandom was apparently an anhedonia thing for me, and I have kind of a renewed interest now that I have medication.

But the goldfish attention span might go away. I don't know what you're on or how long you've been on it, but my Wellbutrin made me really scatterbrained and prone to forgetting what I was doing or losing my train of thought for the first week or two. But it resolved itself when my brain got used to it.
