But Dean doesn't watch Sam as he sleeps! I mean, not unless he's putting him to bed when he's sick/drunk or whatever and even then he doesn't sit around creepily staring at him afterward.

Sam on the other hand, has totally stared at Dean creepily as he slept. He didn't have a soul at the time but it was still creepy sleep staring. All night long. :D
