At first, I thought it was some kind of exercise routine, but couldn't figure out what that had to do with the weather or the distance to the bathroom. Then I was worried about the OP doing exercises that were making her bleed while pregnant. Then I noticed the quote marks around "pregnant" and I figured it out.
