I like fic where, regardless of the source material, is schmoopy and fluffy. Even if the source material is serious and lots of stuff is happening, the fic still finds time for a wedding or domestic fluff or something. The type of fic where people who don't read fanfics are like "no, you're ruining The X-Files with your shipping!" or whatever.

That's not ALL I read, but that's definitely my guilty pleasure. :)

Same. I don't care that my current OTP involves a ruthless politician and his secretary with no discernible personality, as much as I appreciate the longfic that fully explores their relationship ... give me the fluff.

That's exactly what I like. I like the longfic that delves into personalities and characterization (though tbh that almost always has to have a happy ending for me), but fluff is what I read most.

Haha, do you? I'm talking about Vetinari/Drumknott. I uh, don't really know of any cute domestic fluff for them though /hands head. But I do have some recs over on my blog. Just scroll down to 'Discworld'. There aren't a lot, ofc ... sigh.
