I don't know. I used to wear a 34D - 36D and I measured myself with the instructions I found on a website that sells nothing but bras (I forget which one) and apparently I'm still a 36, just a DD instead of a D. I think that's just cause I gained a a bit of weight from when I was in high school (which is when I was a 34D)

HOWEVER I have noticed that some bras that DAY they are a 36DD have spillage while others do not so IDEK

ALSO did anyone read about that French study that says bras are basically bad for your breasts and lead to more saggage earlier on? Something about how your tendons or whatever get weak from not having to support your breasts because the bra does all the work. I already take my bra off when I get home (usually because I like to change into pajamas/loungewear right away) but recently after reading that I've been experimenting with not wearing a bra when I go out a few times. I was self-conscious at first because I'm pretty large chested but I found that when I wear a tighter shirt/tank top I can't really tell the difference, unless I was doing jumping jacks or running or something.

I'm twenty five and my breasts are already insanely saggy. I can't go without a bra, or they'll be almost to my bellybutton-But it does sound freeing!

Yeah, the only time I ever wear a bra anymore is just before Shark Week, when they hurt like mofos, and that's just to keep them from bouncing around like angry fuckers. Otherwise, I'm free at home and wearing my binder or (rather stretched out, at this point) compression shirt.

I can't really go free outside, though, since mine are really wall-eyed and jelly-like, and it'd be pretty conspicuous if I went without something to keep them restrained in some way.

I found out that study had a small sample size and only used women with small breasts, so while this may be true for smaller boobs, bigger boobs will sag anyway because of gravity and age. Plus boobs are made of fat, there are no tendons holding them up.
