Sherlock Holmes. In every incarnation I've ever seen/read. And it's neither the detective/genius part nor the drugs, but I self-project my own personality disorder onto him. Only admitted this to one person :U (though if you dig around in my personal internet space long enough, I've probably mentioned it publicly oops)

You're definitely not the only one projecting. It's a large part of why different people come up with different diagnoses and get in arguments about it. I want to tell people "None of you are wrong, but none of you are exactly right, either. We're talking about a fictional character from a hundred years ago whose creator is dead, so there will never be one right answer." but I'm afraid that I would hurt someone who finds solace in the idea that one of the best known and most beloved characters of all time is just like them.
