(Anonymous) 2013-06-15 10:35 pm (UTC)(link)There's a difference between "I hate this show, and you should too" and "I love this show, but this one thing bothered me, and I want to know if other people feel similarly." One of these belongs on a fan comm, the other doesn't. Pretending they're the same is also bullying and entitlement.
Accusing someone of bullying for having an opinion that you don't like IS bullying. Pretending that expressing discomfort or unhappiness with a single element of a show is "shitting all over people" is bullying. Demanding and enforcing a culture of "agree with me all the time or GTFO" is bullying. Take your own advice.
