Yeah, this exists. And like every other Barbie movie, it's terrible. Unlike most Barbie movies, there's a certain charm to the ludicrousness, however.

I had to watch Barbie Fairytopia Mermaidia or something like that when I babysat a group of kids once. A whole collection of good DVDs and they chose that one.
