Armitage in Spooks was amazing. I was sold on him so fast. I really wish he'd had the time for John Porter in Strike Back more to develop there. I just can't even since...well. STUFF.

Also, Robin Hood? His development kicked me in the heart. Only decent thing about the series, especially after Lucy Griffiths wanted to go (adored her 85% of the time). North and South = ♥♥♥ I need to watch his parts in Malice Aforethought, The Impressionists, Cold Feet and Sparkhouse soon. As Golden Hour. He was very interesting in the Moving On episode and his small role with Shakespeare Retold. Loved him in that Miss Marple episode, too, as small as that was.

The Thorin is fine, I love it a lot and get weirdly giddy. Not gonna lie about it. But people should look back at some of his amusing moments as well (ohhh god Between the Sheets LMAO OH GOD) as moments his delivery of a line could punch you in the heart.

Actually, Lucy didn't want to go. The writers made the choice to kill her off because they thought it would be a great plot twist. Apparently RA read the script where he kills Marian, rang up the writers and shouted: "what the fuck are you doing??" down the phone. He was vocally displeased about the whole thing and refused to buy into the show trying to do damage control by blaming Marian's departure on Lucy.

Seriously? I'm really shocked now. And, man, I'm glad he did that. :| What a shit move yet predictable considering they thought Kate was a good idea. Thanks for telling me, by the way! It just made me adore RA a little more.

Here's a link to the article where he talks about it:

How they thought replacing Marian with Kate was a good idea is a mystery for the ages.

Belated but thanks again!

Poor, poor choice. smh
