Go to a makeup store and ask for help, so you can learn to do it in a right/natural looking way?

Also, keep in mind that those are actresses, so they were probably chosen for looking like that. Most regular people won't be able to look as perfect.

I've never quite felt like you (I've had issues with femininity, but not to that extent), but I did have a period of time where every time I dressed/acted more feminine than I was used to, it felt really, really strange. I wanted to, though, so I started deliberately pushing my own boundaries and little by little, it started feeling more and more natural. I had friends I could ask for advice, too, and who encouraged me. Basically, patience, experimentation in a safe space, and time. Idk if that's an option for you?
