Oh, puh-leez, anon, get over yourself. The names close enough to pronounce easily but spelled differently enough to not *look* familiar are part of pulling you into the world. You know, the whole huge fantasy world the author's worked hard to try to conjure up for you? Cookie-cutter fantasy worlds where almost everything is exactly like something out of real-world Earth history have been done to death and are BORING.
