God dammit, I can't count how many times somebody has been like "Okay, I'll try out Neil Gaiman, I guess I'll start with American Gods" and I wanted to be like HHHRGGGGGG because that's my least favorite of the ones I've read and why is it so highly recommended? But IDK, maybe you will like it more than I did.

I'm enjoying it enough to think about buying some more of his books, and I like reading blind with no idea where this is going or what to expect of his writing. Some other people had suggested Good Omens to me in the past but I'm not much of a Pratchett fan :/ Had to start somewhere I guess? I think I might try the Graveyard one someone mentioned upthread next.
