I don't have any links for you, but don't be afraid/embarrassed to use stock photos for poses when you draw people.

I've done anatomy drawing courses and I still make people weirdly proportioned when I draw them in a new pose for the first time. If I have a reference picture it's so much easier because I can see how everything bends and how the limbs look when they're in that pose. It's also good to have a better idea of perspective and lighting so they won't look flat.
