Not really anatomy but I feel like I really improved after seeing these two tutorials:

It also helped me to copy art from different artists to see how they bend the rules and interpret anatomy through style. I know people say don't copy, but idgi, it felt like I learned faster that way. (Obviously, if you do decide to copy, don't post these online or people will give you hell.) Keep drawing, keep trying new things. It may take some time, so don't give up!
