Not anatomy specifically, but you might find some other things in this old F!S thread (http://fandomsecrets.dreamwidth.org/732733.html?thread=615130429#cmt615130429)? I've heard great things about Andrew Loomis' books from other sources as well (there's a link to an anatomy one there).
