I'd talk to the manager if only because the customer sounds like he/she is escalating his/her abuse. So, before he/she turns around and complains to the manager for something you didn't even do, because I can see that happening if they really have a bone to pick with you for whatever reason, I'd tell the manager that so and so has been abusing you and if they could be observant to this. If nothing else, you will covering yourself if the costumer tries to pull a fast one and tries to get you fired.
