I got the feeling she was drugged for a very short time. She'd already been having some fucked up feelings for him before then, it's why she didn't outright kill him when she was rescuing him from Scarface (can't remember his name right off). I don't think he'd keep her drugged well into their relationship as I get the feeling he'd find that distasteful. She decided to stay, all on her own in the end.
