Take it up with the DM who, if they are halfway competent, should be docking this jackass XP for total unoriginality. Failing that, find a better group.

If you're in the US, you guys seem to run things way different from us in the UK. It seems like you guys try to deal with/work around problem players, but here in the UK, at least in my experience, there is nothing wrong with kicking people out of your group. Everyone was a bad roleplayer once and should be given a chance, but if they don't shape up when they've had that chance then they should be given the boot for the sake of other players.
