Narbonic is great! If you like it you should read other things by Shaenon Garrity. Like Li'l Mell (which is about Mell from Narbonic as a small child, and is hilarious, and is essentially complete) and Skin Horse (which is about a government department that deals with monsters, sentient non-humans, and other weird beings, and is ongoing). Also, if you like X-Files you should read Garrity's X-Files recap comic, Monster of the Week.
