I thought 45 RPM was one of his best movie performances.

R.P.M. = Revolutions Per Minute; it's a measure of the frequency of a rotation (that is, how many turns something can complete in one minute when rotating; like a wheel, the drum of a washing machine, a disc being played or read, etc.)

Cool. I'd also add that uniform is for a Mountie aka Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
