30. That’s a pairing that never would have occurred to me, but I’d read it. :)

36. Oh am I glad I’m not the only one. I had that book assigned in two of my classes this semester and the only way I could make it though reading and discussing it was to think about Kurtz/Marlow and on the plus side one of my professors went on a short tangent about the homosexual undertones Marlow’s obsession with Kurtz. UST anyone?

OMG, I thought I was the only one! I definitely voted Marlow "Most Likely to be Gay" out of all the characters we read about in 12th grade. Well, there was that one guy in Invisible Man, but he was only there for that one scene. I'm pretty sure I was the only one to see it, so I never said anything in class. My friends I told just looked at me funny.
