33: Uh I dunno. o_o Why do people have to get defensive over shippings anyway? There's subtext for plenty of people with all different tastes in PW, and I think it's great. I can't help but think it's done on purpose so that it can appeal to all sorts of fans. I mean I can never see slash pairings but I do see a lot of gay-esque things in Edgey's dialogue. xP

Yeah! Samus Aran may have worn a bikini in some of the endings to 'Metroid', but she did it all in a huge ass suit of armor. And then Terra and Celes from FF6 too, they were hella awesome and didn't need sex appeal to do it.

Not to mention Lara Croft, who -regardless of what you think of her- paved the way for female leads in games when Nintendo SERIOUSLY dropped the ball with Samus. Even then, Crystal Dynamics really redeemed Lara from being a sex symbol to a character with an actual heart (and a cup size smaller too).
